The risk is a rapid oil price reversal if Iran tensions de-escalate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Banks:<\/strong> Thai banks (KBank, SCB, Krungsri, Krungthai) have had a solid run on the back of BoT&#8217;s maintained 1.00% rate and improving loan quality. Higher oil-driven inflation could begin to erode consumer loan quality in Q4 if real wages get squeezed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Airlines:<\/strong> Thai Airways and Bangkok Airways are the clearest losers from high jet fuel. Watch for airlines revising Q3 guidance downward if Brent stays above $90 through September.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Property:<\/strong> Rate stability has supported the property sector, but high consumer energy costs are a secondary drag on discretionary spending that eventually shows up in property demand metrics.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_This_Means_for_Thai_Investors\"><\/span>What This Means for Thai Investors<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The SET at 1,575 after a 26% YTD run is not screaming &#8220;buy everything.&#8221; But it is also not in bubble territory.
