The specific triggers identified:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shared back-office or technical infrastructure<\/li>\n<li>Automatic customer redirection from licensed to unlicensed venue<\/li>\n<li>Combined marketing or KYC processes<\/li>\n<li>Revenue-sharing or referral fee structures that aren&#8217;t arm&#8217;s length<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Plain referral relationships at arm&#8217;s length are not the same risk profile.
